Research and Development and Quality Control Division:

    
HASIB was one of the earliest national companies that offered Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other business-specific applications aimed to serve the full spectrum of local companies and governmental institutions. The increasing demand on first-class locally developed systems competing with international systems increased need for applying international standards and methodologies on system development processes, Being Proactive; HASIB decided to establish a special division for Research and Development and Quality Control within the Information Technology Department.


This division consists of professional team of consultants, researchers, system analysts and designers with the following principal duties:
 

  • Utilizing from newly issued tools and products in the field of systems   development, where analysis and development tools are technically 
    studied and precisely evaluated in a scientific approach in order to choose the best of which for new applications to be developed by Systems  Division.

  • Testing new developed systems according to strict scientific standards so
    as to eliminate almost all  existing bugs before launching.

  • Defining clear methodologies and procedures for customer training and Implementation, where best practices are mapped clearly for implementers to
    proceed with to reach final results and guarantee customer total satisfaction.

  • Provide suggestions and defining best procedures to develop and organize the  daily work in the IT Department.

 

Systems Development Division:

       The Systems division is the heart of the IT Department. It implements the business plans developed by IT department to produce systems needed in the Saudi market as well as Regional markets. The Systems Development Division is working hand by hand with Research & Development Department and Marketing & Public Relations Department following the top management strategic planning.

Work in this division is based on integrated team work of professional Developers, each team works side by side in Systems development and Preparation User Manuals targeting Customers Satisfaction.

Our teams are working day and night targeting systems perfection, using the latest state-of-the-art technologies to develop, customize and maintain existing systems and developing new required systems to cop with the continuous dynamic market demands.

Design Tools, and Development tools are chosen precisely to produce guaranteed systems affectivity, reliability and best performance under different platforms.

The following tools are currently used for modeling, design and development:

  • Design and Analysis Tools: Designer*2000, Power Designer, Rational Rose.

  • Programming Languages & Development Tools: Power Builder, Developer*2000, and  MS Visual Studio.Net .

Our ultimate product over 15 years experience in financial and administrative system is HASIB PowerFinance’2000 (HPF'2000), The Most important product produced by systems divisions is our bilingual ERP system, HASIB PowerFinance’2000 (HPF'2000) and it symbolizes the ultimate product of 15 years solid experience in financial and administrative system. It is serves multi level structured companies (Groups) based-on ORACLE database and Client/Server architecture, running effectively under Windows  environment. HPF'2000 incorporates twelve different modules including : General Accounting system (General Ledger, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation and Checks Follow-up), Personal, Payroll, Stock Control, Sales, Purchases and Budgeting module.

Additional systems are smoothly integrated with HPF; where these systems are developed by “Hasib” or co-operation and outsourcing systems from other local or international companies so as to cover customer business needs extremely.

We’ve successfully performed numerous integrations between HPF and business specific supplemental systems such as :

Operations & Maintenance, Production Control & Costing systems, Share Holders, Real Estate Management systems and many others.

The Systems development division is also responsible for systems Training and Implementation and qualifying customer staff on various levels of technical issues professionally.
our teams are dedicated to help customers to learn best practices, and hand by hand with end users systems are operated though precisely designed phases to produce accurate results equivalent to customer expectations.

In almost all cases customers require Data Conversion and Migration from legacy systems to new proposed systems, and this is done by systems division. from any arabization scheme, and from any data source or operating environment, data is converted to the appropriate arabization scheme and migrated to the operating plat form.

Systems Division is proud to provide high standard services after sale and after final acceptance of each project, including project follow up, on the other hand on going projects are given priority of online advice and guidance conducting any modifications that arises during live operation and performing all necessary  systems maintenance  and on-site or  remote technical support.

    We are also proud to be a regional pioneer in providing the service of leasing Software Applications over the Internet using the telnet protocol. Using the “Sedco” Arabization system for its VAX Server prepared with the TCP/IP protocol running on an Open VMS OS, “HASIB” is ready to provide hardware and any techniques needed on the customer side.

 

Training & Manning  Division.

This Division provides the following services :

  2. Certified Training on Microsoft Visual Studio Products.

  3. Oracle Database & Tools.

Abha Training Division.

     This division is considered one of the company branches in the Southern region of the kingdom, and its major role is management and supervision for Applications Diplomat programs. Accredited and continuously supervised by King Khalid University in Abha City ( Facility of Community Services and Continuous Education). These diplomats is designed for secondary graduate students.

Our diplomat students are enjoying the same services provided to King Khalid University students like ( medical services, library, student activities).
