Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of network and system administration experience.
• Well experienced in Microsoft based environments: AD, Exchange, Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products & environments
• Well experienced in installations, management, upgrades and troubleshooting of Windows Server and computers.
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network devices, servers, and virtualization
• Well experienced in backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery.
• Well experienced in Group policy to ensure security policy enforcement.
• Well experienced in Endpoint protection Systems
• Well experienced in patching windows servers and computers using WSUS or SCCM.
• have enough knowledge on SCCM
• Well experienced in managing and maintaining Firewalls
• Advanced hardware & software troubleshooting skills
• Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other teams. Must have initiative and a positive work attitude and must be a quick learner.
